We promise to be a partner you can trust for your smart window coverings by delivering the information, assistance, and convenience you deserve, with prices that can't be beat. Customized product is final sale and non-refundable (made-to-order MySmartBlinds and MySmartRollerShades, etc). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a return.
You may return any unopened packages (as long as they were not made-to-order; i.e. custom blind order) from MySmartBlinds.com with all components and peripheral pieces in salable conditions for a full refund within 30 days after receipt of the product. Shipping will not be refunded. Refund of the product price is conditional upon our inspection of the returned product for damage and to verify re-salability. We may charge a restocking fee.

If you believe your blinds were not cut correctly, please contact email@example.com. If our measurements are not correct, we will refund shipping costs for a return or repair.
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted in Step 5 of the checkout process, "Confirm." Please make sure that you are happy with your order before completing this step.
